
John Cena took to Twitter to thank fans and colleagues from around the wrestling world alike for sending him their best wishes on his 20th anniversary with WWE.
An outpouring of messages for John Cena to celebrate his 20th anniversary from a wide array of wrestling notables including current AEW stars, Triple H, Stephanie McMahon and even Naomi who hasn’t been seen in WWE since she walked out of the company ahead of a WWE Raw in May.
Cena wrote:
“Overwhelmed with ALL the messages thru this month. Being at #WWERaw last night gave me an opportunity to show you how much YOU mean to me. Thank you @WWE for every chance you’ve taken on me, so I will continue to always give my best for my home, for my family, for US.”
John Cena appeared on last night’s (June 27) edition of WWE Raw which led to a rating bump across the span of the program, topping the night with the coveted people 18-49 years old demographic.
In his appearance, Cena stated that he didn’t know when he would return to the ring but was hopeful that a return to the ring was in his future at some point.
He thanked the WWE fans for sticking with him and even thanked them for the times that they booed him because of the fans, he reported he is a better man and husband.
Since he hasn’t wrestled in any matches in 2022, John Cena is technically undefeated.
