A top AEW star is set to address CM Punk’s Instagram post.
On Thursday, March 23, CM Punk took to his Instagram stories to address Dave Meltzer’s claim regarding the buildup to his AEW All Out 2022 match with Jon Moxley. In the post, Punk blasted Meltzer, Moxley, AEW, Tony Khan and Chris Jericho in regards to a variety of topics.
On Monday, Renee Paquette announced that her husband Jon Moxley will be her guest on this week’s The Sessions podcast.
Promoting the former three-time AEW World Champion’s appearance, Paquette mentioned that Moxley will in fact discuss Punk’s now-infamous Instagram post. She wrote:
“Tomorrow Jon Moxley is back on The Sessions for what’s sure to be an episode that gets people talking.
The former three-time AEW World Champion gets into why he likes to bleed during his matches and what went into creating his Texas Death masterpiece with Hangman Adam Page. He also sings the praises of AEW up-and-comers, begrudgingly offers respect to his and Renee’s cat, and yes, he talks about CM Punk’s Instagram post.”
This will be a wildly intriguing edition of The Sessions that will be one of the most talked about podcasts of the year.
As previously mentioned, a new report has revealed how a majority of the AEW roster feel toward CM Punk following his Instagram tirade.
Also, Dave Meltzer has addressed his part in CM Punk’s statement, which you can read here.
