WWE Hall of Famer and 2021 Royal Rumble match winner Edge paid a touching tribute to the late Brodie Lee during his appearance on Hockey Night in Canada, sporting a ‘Jon Huber Forever’ shirt.
You have no idea what being asked to do the intro to #HNIC means to me. For a Leafs vs Habs game. Someone pinch me please. And to hear @RonMacLeanHTH say my moms name?omit_script=1 She’s smiling somewhere. She loved Ron. It’s Saturday night. You know what that means. pic.twitter.com/GeJ6UgwuXh

Brodie Lee (real name Jon Huber) tragically passed away in December 2020 following a battle with a non-COVID related lung issue. Prior to his passing, Brodie Lee was said to have been a big fan of the NHL.
Edge shared on Twitter that the shirt he was wearing came from the Violent Gentleman, with all of the proceeds from the shirt going to the Huber Family. Edge warned fans that proceeds from knock off shirts don’t usually go to Huber’s family.
For all of those asking, the Jon Huber Forever shirt I wore tonight is from @ViolentGents with all proceeds going to Jon’s family. Any others are knock offs that don’t go to his family.
