Miro Discusses Possibility Of Lana Joining Him In AEW WWE

AEW star Miro has discussed the possibility of CJ Perry (fka WWE’s Lana) joining him in AEW.

Miro & CJ Perry (Rusev & Lana) were a popular double act during their time together in WWE. The husband-wife duo finished up with WWE separately, with Miro released in April 2020, and CJ in June 2021.

The Bulgarian star has since dominated AEW, holding the TNT Championship for 140 days in 2021.

Speaking with Whatculture Wrestling, Miro stated that it would be a ‘no-brainer’ for his wife to eventually join him, noting:

“I think me and CJ (Lana) have always been money since the beginning. We’ve done this everywhere. We’ve gone from reality shows to other professional wrestling television shows, even ‘Drop The Mic,’ we’ve done rapping shows and stuff like that.

“I know that this always works. But in my mind, the Redeemer’s mind, his wife is always there, so it’s a no-brainer for my gorgeous wife to join my team eventually.”

Miro last wrestled at AEW X NJPW Forbidden Door, competing in the fourway bout for the All-Atlantic Championship, which was ultimately won by Pac.

Firing shots at former champion Sammy Guevara, Miro has criticised the current TNT Title picture, believing the championship has ‘gone to s**ts.’
