A new report has revealed more information on the returning CM Punk backstage at the November 27 episode of WWE Raw.
At WWE Survivor Series 2023, CM Punk made his return to the company for the first time in nearly a decade to close the show.
On the November 27 episode of WWE Raw, Punk cut his first promo back where he stated he was home and also mentioned how almost everyone was happy to see him back.
Fightful Select (subscription required) has provided an update, noting that Punk was in good spirits backstage at Raw, and seemed happy to be around.
The two-time AEW World Champion spent much of his time getting photographed, both officially for the company, and even with some other talent, and actually took some pictures with a few fans after the show backstage.
The report notes that those within WWE said he was on his best behavior as anticipated.
This sentiment has of course already been reported by multiple other outlets as well, so it really does seem like good things all around for Punk backstage so far.
WrestleTalk will provide further updates on CM Punk’s WWE return when they become available.
