PWInsider has provided some additional information on the dark matches that Karrion Kross and Bronson Reed had at the Yuengling Center ahead of last night’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown.
The site is reporting that NXT Champion Karrion Kross wrestled Dolph Ziggler and North American Champion Bronson Reed worked a match with Robert Roode.
The matches were filmed to be evaluated at a later date by WWE officials. As of right now, there are no plans for either match to be released for public consumption.
The report goes on to say that Kross and Reed were brought to the show last night with the WWE Draft in mind, with members of the NXT roster to potentially be called up later on this year.
PWInsider also reports that Karrion Kross and Scarlett could be brought back next week to do some promos. At this time, there is no word on whether or not Bronson Reed will also be called back to do the same.
