WWE star MVP has compared himself to a top NXT star.
MVP has accomplished a lot during his stints with WWE, from two-time United States Champion to managing Bobby Lashley to WWE Championship gold.
With his years of experience, it should mean a lot to any up and coming talent for Montel Vontavious Porter to compare himself to you.
MVP took to Twitter to do just that by posting a gif of himself shooting a basketball and showing some love to former two-time NXT North American Champion Carmelo Hayes in the process.
The WWE star tweeted the following caption with the gif:
There’s a guy down in NXT. He kind of looks like this guy. And like this guy, he doesn’t miss!

The two men have interacted in the past via social media with many fans speculating on a possible alliance down the line. That still remains to be seen.
MVP currently manages Omos on Monday Night Raw, while Carmelo Hayes remains aligned to Trick Williams on NXT.
Hayes lost his North American Championship in an open challenge against Solo Sikoa on the September 13 edition of WWE NXT. However, Shawn Michaels vacated the title since Sikoa wasn’t originally scheduled for the bout.
Carmelo will compete in a five-way ladder match for the North American Title at NXT Halloween Havoc on October 22.
