Former WWE star Ariane Andrew, fka Cameron, has named her former tag-team partner Naomi as her dream signing for her promotion, Pound Town Wrestling.

With Pound Town Wrestling – established in 2013 – hosting its latest show in Avalon Hollywood on June 13, founder Ariane Andrew has commented on the possibility of signing a familiar face to the brand.

While speaking with Women’s Wrestling Talk, Andrew was asked who her dream signing for the promotion would be.

Naming her former Funkadactyl partner Naomi, the former “Cameron” said:

“Of course, Naomi. That’s my girl. I would love to have her here, experiencing the vision and something that we both started something together, and at that time being one of the only black girls.

“You had (Victoria Crawford fka Alicia Fox) who was here, me and Trin. So yeah, to have that, that would be awesome.”

Andrew and Naomi first started teaming together in FCW in 2011, before being brought up to the main roster in January 2012 as valets for Brodus Clay.

The duo wrestled on the main roster together up until their split in 2014, with Cameron departing the company in 2016.

The duo were close to having an in-ring reunion in 2022, with Cameron returning for the women’s Royal Rumble match, however she was eliminated from the bout before Naomi could enter, so they only briefly saw each other in the ringside area.

While Naomi is contracted to WWE, there have been a number of occasions in recent years where the company has allowed its talent to compete at independent events, from Ivar challenging for the Chaotic Wrestling Heavyweight Championship in September 2025, and a number of stars including Nattie participating in recent GCW Bloodsport events.

It would be a full-circle moment to see Naomi and Andrew share the ring once again, even if it is outside of WWE.
