UPDATE: As of the May 8 episode of WWE Raw, there was no logo change.
A new logo has potentially been revealed for Monday Night Raw, following the WWE Draft, ahead of the upcoming episode.
The May 8 edition of WWE Raw will be the first with the red brand’s new roster selected in the 2023 WWE Draft.
With previous post-draft editions of WWE TV featuring significant presentation changes, it has been speculated that the Raw we see on Monday will look different to previous episodes of the show.
A new graphic has suggested that a new WWE Raw logo will soon be officially introduced.
On Sunday (May 7), WWE shared a new free match to its YouTube channel, Roman Reigns vs Drew McIntyre from the May 6, 2019 episode of Raw.
These free matches usually have the most up-to-date event logo in the corner of the thumbnail.
This video’s thumbnail had a different Raw graphic however, suggesting that this new image will be the Raw logo moving forward.
It is possible that this is just a new format for YouTube thumbnails, however it is worth noting that the Bad Bunny Raw segment that was shared to the platform just 18 hours prior featured the ‘current’ Raw logo.
Not only will the upcoming episode be the first with the newly drafted rosters, it will be the first WWE TV show following the May 6 Backlash premium live event.
Full results from Backlash were as follows:
Raw Women’s Championship – Bianca Belair (c) def. IYO SKY
Seth ‘Freakin’ Rollins def. Omos
United States Championship – Austin Theory (c) def. Bobby Lashley, Bronson Reed
SmackDown Women’s Championship – Rhea Ripley (c) def. Zelina Vega
San Juan Street Fight – Bad Bunny def. Damian Priest
