An NJPW star has revealed that the upcoming Loser Leaves Japan Match at NJPW New Beginning is not the end despite the high stakes.
On February 11, Hikuleo faces Jay White in a Loser Leaves Japan Match that was demanded by Jay White following his attack on Hikuleo at NJPW New Year Dash!!
With WWE reportedly interested in the services of Hikuleo and Jay White, many eyes will be on the match at NJPW New Beginning to see who leaves and who stays.
Speaking to the NJPW official website, Hikuleo himself as said:
“I know that Jay is valuable anywhere. It’s nice to know that I am too. But at the end of the day, this is about winning.
“At the end of that day in Osaka, one of us is leaving Japan, and people will remember that for a long time to come. It’s destiny.
“When you think of what Jay White has achieved in the last five years, it puts us on entirely different levels, and I can instantly make my value skyrocket if I’m the guy that made Jay White leave Japan.”
Hikuleo would also say that, having only returned in the fall of 2022, he feels he has so much that he can still do in Japan.
