Pat McAfee Channels His Inner Sandman Prior To SmackDown (Video)

Adding Pat McAfee to the SmackDown announce team has been a breath of fresh air on the show in recent months due to his genuine enthusiasm and fandom for the product.

McAfee was back at the booth on last night’s (September 24) episode of the show, and he made his entrance in a rather familiar manner.

Entering to Metallica’s ‘Enter Sandman’ and wielding a kendo stick, it was not hard to work out that McAfee was channelling the spirit of the ECW Legend.

McAfee’s energy has been infectious at the booth since his arrival, with even his broadcast colleague Michael Cole admitting that he’s helped breath new life into his commentary.
