Pat McAfee Shares Behind The Scenes Look At WrestleMania Week WWE

In a new video released on his YouTube channel, Pat McAfee has shared a behind-the-scenes look at his crazy, dream come true WrestleMania 38 week.

McAfee has been open about his lifelong ambition to appear on the grandest stage of them all and in the new video, he takes fans along for his insane week in the lead up to WrestleMania.

From midnight training sessions to meeting Stone Cold Steve Austin for the first time, cameras were trailing Pat throughout the lead-up to his major match versus Austin Theory.

Speaking to the camera about his dreams of being a WWE superstar for a very long time, McAfee said.

“There was a time where everytime I walked through a door, I pretended I was walking into a WWE arena, but tonight to feel that energy, I’m just hoping I don’t have a heart attack immediately, I’m hoping that I don’t get too gassed, and I’m hoping that I put on a damn good show because I’ve been thinking about it for 23 years.”

Pat McAfee resumed his commentary desk duties on this past week’s episode of SmackDown, although WrestleMania may not be his last foray into in-ring competition.

As we recently reported, there were previous plans for McAfee to join forces with another NFL superstar, Aaron Rodgers during McAfee’s previous feud with NXT’s Adam Cole.
