Paul Heyman Addresses The Rock, CM Punk & More On WWE SmackDown

On tonight’s WWE SmackDown Paul Heyman addressed The Rock, CM Punk, Cody Rhodes and even name dropped Taylor Swift!

After a brief appearance from Roman Reigns earlier in the show, Paul Heyman addressed various hot topics on WWE SmackDown New Years Revolution.

Kicking off 2024, Paul Heyman had comments that covered a lot of ground!

With Heyman calling The Rock a headline chaser, he suggested that in the absence of ‘dating Taylor Swift’, the next thing anyone could do to go viral was to call out Roman Reigns.

Essentially dismissing the comment from The Rock, Heyman noted that if you even hoped to sit at the table, you’d have to be invited first, which he has not.

Heyman moved on to discuss CM Punk, acknowledging that he was back and agreeing that Punk was the original ‘Paul Heyman guy’.

However, Heyman also said that in the years since Punk’s departure, Heyman had upgraded from being a best friend to an advocate to now, a wise man.

You can see all of his comments below but he also had time to mention Cody Rhodes, saying that it has almost been a year since Cody lost to Roman and he’s still talking about it.

Elsewhere on tonight’s WWE SmackDown New Years Revolution, Roman Reigns and the Bloodline would interrupt the main event, leading to a compelling match being made for Royal Rumble 2024.
