There has been some potential spoilers on NXT stars in St. Petersburg for tonight’s WWE Royal Rumble event.
This article contains potential spoilers for entrants in tonight’s WWE Royal Rumble matches, so please turn away if you don’t wish to be spoiled.
Per Fightful Select (subscription required), NXT stars Tiffany Stratton, Carmelo Hayes and Blair Davenport are at the venue for tonight’s Royal Rumble event.
It’s worth noting that this doesn’t necessarily mean that they will all be set for the bout, as WWE tends to bring NXT talent to the show every year to serve as potential alternates for the match.
NXT is also based in Florida, which is where the Rumble will take place, so they may not even be there for the Rumble match at all.
There has been an update on Jade Cargill’s status for tonight’s Royal Rumble, which you can see here.
Hayes was in action on last night’s SmackDown show in a rematch with Austin Theory after their match two weeks ago ended due to injury.
In an additional update from Fightful Select (subscription required), NXT stars Roxanne Perez and Bron Breakker are also at the venue for the show.
PWInsider Elite has also reported that Breakker will be a part of the match, likely acting as the replacement for Brock Lesnar – you can read more about that at this link.
Fightful Select’s report also notes that injured WWE star Liv Morgan is in town for the event. Liv has been out of action for many months with a shoulder injury, and has long been speculated to return in the match.
Trinity Fatu, aka Naomi, is also set to return, as has been rumored for weeks.
