Last week on Raw, Ruby Riott was defeated pretty quickly by Peyton Royce. The following week, she was quickly dispatched of by Royce’s tag team partner, Billie Kay.
Many have speculated that this will lead to the reunion of Ruby Riott and Liv Morgan (formerly The Riott Squad). However, there have been no official reports suggesting that this is the plan.
Following on from last night’s show, Riott appeared on Raw Talk where she spoke about the fact she hasn’t picked up a single win since returning from injury in early 2020.
During the show, Riott cut a rather emotional promo about her relationship with her former stablemate, claiming that she didn’t “dump Liv”.
During the promo, Riott said that she felt as if Liv didn’t need her anymore, before going on to say that “sometimes I fight with my fists and not my feelings.”. She noted that she has been trying to get hold of Liv, but has not had any luck so far.
Ruby would go on to add that she wants to right her wrongs and he held accountable for her action. She explained that this is why she is trying to get back in contact with Liv and speak things out with her.
This storyline is likely leading to a Ruby Riott babyface turn and an eventual reformation of the Riott Squad tag team.
