Raw Star Officially Moved To SmackDown Following Faction Split

Oh how we cried when WWE finally split up RETRIBUTION. The stable they never had a plan for and booked horribly.

We’ve already seen that T-Bar and Mace seem to have joined The Hurt Business for some reason, but what about Slapjack and Reckoning?

Well we appear at the very least to know where Reckoning, formerly known as Mia Yim, is doing, as PWInsider is reporting that she has been officially drafted to SmackDown.

The report reads:

“With the demise of Retribution as an act, Reckoning (Mia Yim) has been officially shifted to the Smackdown brand.”

Interestingly, Yim is engaged to WWE Raw star Keith Lee, and WWE tend to try and keep romantic couples on the same brand. Perhaps being in RETRIBUTION left such a bad taste in Mia’s mouth that she was happy to get as far away from Raw and possible.

If given the right storyline and booking, Yim could be a huge star on SmackDown. She spent several weeks in the NXT Women’s Championship scene, and there’s no reason she can’t be challenging for the top women’s title on SmackDown.
