UPDATE: A report on Uproxx is claiming to have spoken with New Japan office sources who say this is a “crazy rumour” and not true. However, it is worth noting that New Japan likely would say this until they were ready to make an official announcement so don’t take it as gospel just yet.
This could be huge.
Reports are emerging from Japan that Gedo has stepped down from his position as New Japan Pro Wrestling booker – a role he has held for almost a decade.
Gedo has been widely praised by fans and industry commentators alike for his work in New Japan since becoming the head booker, winning the Wrestling Observer Newsletter Booker of the Year award seven times between 2011-2018.
I don't have any other sources right now, bu if true this is HUGE NEWS!
Kakutolog, based on an article from https://t.co/x9gdW8bwc9, says that before Dominion this past Sunday Gedo stepped down as the booker of New Japan Pro Wrestling. https://t.co/D5ZWhy7zEh
