Raw and Smackdown’s five-man teams for the men’s Survivor Series elimination match this weekend have both been confirmed.
However, the five-men who will represent NXT at the upcoming pay-per-view have yet to be revealed.
As Adam Cole will not be going up against Universal Champion The Fiend and WWE Champion Brock Lesnar on the show, many have speculated that he could be part of Team NXT.
It has been rumoured that he could be joined by Keith Lee, Tommaso Ciampa, Matt Riddle and Dominik Dijakovic. However, there is reportedly internal discussions regarding Triple H joining the team.
Reliable Twitter source WrestleVotes has said that WWE creative wants Triple H to be part of Team NXT at Survivor Series. However, “The Game” reportedly does not want to join the five-man squad.
Hearing that over the past few weeks there has been a push from creative to have Triple H as a member of Team NXT in the men’s elimination match. That idea has been met w/ mixed reactions, including that of The Game. I’m told he does NOT want to be part of the match this Sunday.
