Ricochet seems to be in a bit of a slump at the moment, and he has now addressed fans who are concerned about his position on the WWE roster.
The athletic star was beaten by Brock Lesnar in just over 90 seconds in a WWE Championship match at Super ShowDown on February 27.
Just a few days later on Raw, he was defeated clean as a whistle by Raw newcomer, 24/7 Champion, Riddick Moss. He was left off this past Monday’s Raw without mention.
He has since taken to Twitter to address the situation, saying:
Okay, I just want to say everyone should be happy that I get to perform for you all every week. Because at the end of the day, it doesn’t matter to me in what capacity. So let’s celebrate that and not dwell on anything else. #LifeIsGreat
The loss to Moss was actually originally meant for R-Truth, but Vince McMahon rewrote parts of the show, which including replacing Truth with Ricochet in that match.
It goes without saying that Ricochet is mega talented, and hopefully with the support of fans WWE will start to see that once again in the not too distant future.
