Road Dogg Replaces Jeff Jarrett In New WWE Role WWE

It was announced last night that WWE Hall of Famer Jeff Jarrett had departed WWE.

Jarrett, who served as the special guest referee for the Street Profits vs Usos match at SummerSlam, was working backstage as the Senior Vice President of Live Events.

It was then announced earlier today that another WWE Hall of Famer, Road Dogg Brian James, would be returning to WWE in an executive position, though his exact role was not stated.

However, in an update from WrestleVotes, Road Dogg will take over as the Senior Vice President of Live Events, effectively making him the replacement for Jarrett in the company.

Road Dogg was released from the company back in January as part of the restructuring of Triple H’s NXT team.
