Details On Rob Van Dam’s Relationships With WWE & AEW After AEW Debut

Following his debut on AEW Dynamite 200, an update on Rob Van Dam’s relationships with both WWE and AEW has been revealed.

During his appearance, RVD came face-to-face with FTW Champion Jack Perry and a match has been set for next week’s episode of AEW Dynamite.

While a section of fans may be more familiar with his One of a Kind entrance theme from WWE, RVD came to the ring to ‘Walk’ by Pantera, which will surely have pleased ECW fans.

Details of RVD’s deal with AEW have now been revealed by PWInsider who report that it’s a short term deal.

According to PWInsider, RVD is “only slated for one bout against Perry.”

Katie Forbes, RVD’s wife, was also at AEW Dynamite though didn’t appear on-screen with the WWE Hall of Famer.

It is also noted that WWE is advertising Van Dam as part of their Wrestlemania 40 weekend packages in Philadelphia.
