Main Event For ROH Death Before Dishonor Revealed

The main event for ROH Death Before Dishonor has been revealed.

As previously reported, Eddie Kingston sent a message to Mark Briscoe for him to challenge Claudio Castagnoli for the ROH World Championship at Death Before Dishonor on July 21.

On the July 6 edition of ROH TV, Renee Paquette informed Briscoe that Tony Khan has granted him the match if he wants it.

Briscoe accepted the match and said that he wants to win the top prize in Ring of Honor to follow in his brother Jay Briscoe’s footsteps. This brought in Claudio Castagnoli who warned Briscoe what he is signing up for.

Castagnoli stated that the Mark Briscoe he knew wanted to stand side by side with his brother and not in his footsteps, so Mark is showing that he is not man enough to step up to the challenge.

Castagnoli vowed to show Mark Briscoe his limits like he showed Eddie Kingston before him. It was then made official that the ROH World Title match was on.
