Ring of Honor has announced that its next pay-per-view, Death Before Dishonor, is being moved.

The promotion made the announcement earlier today on Twitter. This was set to be just the company’s third pay-per-view of the year following their Anniversary show and Best in the World. Here is the tweet:

“Due to the recent Covid surge in Florida, ROH is moving the site of the Death [Before] Dishonor Pay Per View event. Details to follow shortly.

Your safety, health and well-being remain our top priorities.

Thank you for your continued patronage.”

COVID-19 cases in Florida have been spiking tremendously since the start of July. The count of new cases yesterday was over 56,000.

Death Before Dishonor was supposed to be held in Lakeland, Florida. The city has hosted a number of major ROH events, including Supercard of Honor XI, main evented by The Hardys and The Young Bucks.

No new venue has been announced as of this writing.
