Rusev has not wrestled a match on WWE TV since WWE Super ShowDown on Friday June 7th. On the show, Rusev was involved in the 51-man battle royale.
It has since been reported that the former United States Champion’s contract with WWE is set to expire soon, and he and his wife Lana are unsure about what their futures hold.
Although he might be absent from TV, Rusev has still remained very active on social media, with his latest Instagram story causing quite the stir online.
In the post, which can be seen below, Rusev can clearly be seen to have shaved off his beard in favour of a Robert Roode-esque moustache.
