Sami Zayn Reveals He Pitched Partnership With Surprising WWE Star

Last night, the latest WWE documentary episode centered around Liv Morgan dropped on the WWE Network, and both wrestling fans and critics have since taken to social media to praise the documentary and comment on Liv’s journey to where she is today.

One of those who took to Twitter to comment on the documentary is current Intercontinental Champion Sami Zayn, who revealed that he actually pitched an unlikely partnership with the fellow former NXT star:

Really enjoyed #LivForever on @WWENetwork .Fun fact, when I first started doing “The Great Liberator” I pitched hard to get @YaOnlyLivvOnce with me, but she got drafted to Raw. There is SO much to her. Can’t wait to see her one day become Womens Champ.
