Sami Zayn Takes Savage Shot At The USA & Bobby Lashley

SmackDown’s Intercontinental Champion Sami Zayn and Raw’s United States Champion Bobby Lashley aren’t holding back ahead of their Survivor Series clash.

Being on opposite brands doesn’t make for ideal preparation in terms of building interest in a match, but in the age of social media, it’s easier than ever.

Zayn and Lashley are taking advantage of this, and the latest blow by Zayn is perhaps one of the most savage – not only aimed at Lashley but at the American audience too.

To take you through it chronologically, here’s how their Twitter back-and-forth has unfolded:

Lashley: Look at this guy everyone! He speaks four languages! One language for every member of #TheHurtBusiness that you’re gonna have to deal with at #SurvivorSeries. But you’re a genius right? I’m sure you’ll figure your way outta that one

Zayn: Bobby! Long time, man. Look, we could do this all again, where I insult you, disparage your military service, invite your ‘family’ to the Thunderdome, etc. Or, this time we try something different & just compliment each other instead? I’ll even start! You’re very jacked sir! -SZ

Lashley: Well thanks man! I’ll go now. You’re very light on your feet, which makes it easier to throw you around like a rag doll! This is fun! Why didn’t we do this before?!

Zayn: So fitting that a call for peace is met with aggression from the United States champion.
