Seth Rollins Says Reactions To His Entrance Rivals Energy Of The Shield’s Entrance WWE

Seth Rollins says the reactions to his entrance rivals the energy of The Shield’s entrance.

Since getting called up the WWE main roster, Seth Rollins has stayed in the limelight and has received big reactions for over the past 10 years.

Starting out with The Shield, Rollins became one of the top stars of the promotion. From the Architect in The Authority to Monday Night Rollins, the current World Heavyweight Champion has now found himself with his most popular role yet as The Visionary.

Rollins now regularly gets the biggest reactions in WWE with his theme song usually leading fans to singing throughout his matches and promos.

In a new interview with GQ, Rollins compared the current reactions his entrance gets to the reactions The Shield received during their rise in the company. He said:

“Oh, hands down. I mean, look, you want to go back a dozen years, it probably rivals the energy of [Rollins’ iconic WWE faction] The Shield’s entrance. There’s something special about coming in right through the people—that really riles you up, because you’re just in there with it.”

“But for me as a solo performer, the energy and the relationship I have with the audience at the moment is on another level. It’s 13 years into my WWE career now. It’s something I could have never expected.”

“So, it’s really fantastic to be at this point, to be having so much fun, and to feel like everyone’s out there having fun with you.”

“As soon as the ‘Burn It Down’ hits your ears, it just feels like a party out there. And I’m very, very, very humbled to be at the center of that.”

Seth Rollins is now set to defend the World Heavyweight Championship against Shinsuke Nakamura. The date and location of the title bout has not been announced as of yet.
