Seth Rollins-Will Ospreay Twitter War Rages On

The richly entertaining Twitter feud that has been raging between Will Ospreay and Seth Rollins since Sunday continued after last night’s Raw.

Ospreay arguably won the first exchange when Rollins resorted to insulting him with a bizarre “little guy” jibe. Ospreay dismissed the slight with a simple but effective “Ooh, you’re hard”.

Chris Jericho chimed in, telling Rollins “He’s actually taller and bigger than you. Just sayin.”

Today, Ospreay has quite brilliantly released Little Guy shirts in response, noting “Might as well capitalise on this”:

Following Raw last night, Ospreay poked the bear again, noting that he had wrestled more matches than Rollins in 2019 and cheekily telling him “catch up little guy”.

Rollins, clearly having lost the argument, did not know when he was beaten. He resorted to bragging about his wealth, telling Ospreay that if he wanted to talk numbers they could compare bank accounts.

Ospreay’s comeback further hammered home the point that the WWE Universal Champion was desperately clutching at straws.

The IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion reiterated what Rollins’ original statement was, pointing out that he never mentioned money or Ricochet, but he had said “Find anyone else alive who does what I do as well as I do it as often as I do it” and added “Here I am.”

Never one to shy away from a good Twitter debate, Baron Corbin jumped in with a declaration that he had wrestled more matches in 2019 than Ospreay and that “I don’t actually know who you are.”

Maybe he should watch Ospreay and New Japan more – he might learn something.

Ospreay, to the point and brutally honest once again, simply replied: “No wonder Raw sucks.” in response.

Break out the popcorn everyone, sit back and enjoy the ride.
