A special clause in CM Punk’s WWE contract following his return at Survivor Series may have been revealed.
CM Punk made his return to WWE after almost 10 years away, and the decision to bring him back into the fold was met with a mixed reaction.
Punk was terminated from AEW on September 2 following the investigation into the backstage incident at AEW All In at Wembley Stadium.
A new update from Fightful Select echoes what multiple outlets have also reported coming out of Raw, which was that Punk was on his “best behavior” at the show.
However, Fightful specifically stated that some people within WWE were told by higher ups that Punk has a ‘behaviour clause’ associated with his contract.
It’s important to note that Fightful has yet to confirm that the clause does actually exist – it was just simply what some were told backstage at the show.
More information on CM Punk being backstage at this week’s Raw show has been revealed, which you can see here.
CM Punk’s roster status has also been revealed, which you can see here.
