WWE NXT star Tatum Paxley has reacted to former partner Lyra Valkyria’s heel turn on tonight’s WWE Raw show in London.

Tonight’s WWE Raw show aired live from the O2 Arena in London, which featured two tag team championship matches, including the show’s main event which saw the Street Profits defeat the Vision to become the new World Tag Team Champions.

The other title match saw Paige and Brie Bella defend the Women’s Tag Team Championship against Bayley and Lyra Valkyria in the opening match of the night, with Paige and Brie retaining the titles after Paige pinned Lyra with the Rampaige.

After the match, Lyra Valkyria would attack her partner, turning heel for the first time in her WWE main roster career, laying out Bayley with the Nightwing before declining to comment later in the night.

Tatum Paxley Reacts To Lyra Valkyria’s Betrayal

Taking to Twitter following the turn, WWE NXT star Tatum Paxley, the former tag team partner of Lyra Valkyria, reacted to the turn with confusion over what her friend had done.

She simply wrote:

Uhh

Tatum herself is no stranger to tag team betrayals, with her being betrayed by her own former team mate Izzi Dame last year at NXT Gold Rush, costing her the NXT Women’s Championship to Jacy Jayne.

Tatum Paxley & Lyra Valkyria To Reunite As Heels On WWE Raw

With Tatum Paxley recently losing her NXT Women’s North American Championship to Zaria on NXT, and her having already reigned as NXT Women’s Champion, she may be one of the next names in line for a call up to the WWE main roster.

With Lyra now a solo star, and the built in relationship between Lyra and Tatum, we could see the pair reunite on the WWE main roster soon, this time as a heel duo.

Tatum herself has become a popular babyface on the NXT brand, so calling her up as a heel would undo a lot of that, but pairing her up with a now established main roster star would be a safe way for her to get her feet wet on Raw or SmackDown before eventually breaking out on her own as a babyface.

Tatum and Lyra working in tag team matches would provide a smooth transition to the main roster for Tatum.
