Announced mid-show by AEW CEO Tony Khan, the Assclaimed (the Gunn Club x the Acclaimed) took on Ruffin It and Fuego Del Sol.
Before Max Caster could start his rap, his mic was snatched away by the Gunn Club with a befuddled Daddy Ass in tow.
The match marked the AEW Dynamite in-ring return of Anthony Bowens who had until recently been out of action due to injury.
After the match, the tenuous partnership seemed to completely disintegrate as the Gunn family stood tall, united against the Acclaimed after betrayal by Billy Gunn saw the Acclaimed left lying.
Elsewhere on the show, Jon Moxley faced Brody King for the Interim AEW World Championship, Scorpio Sky defended his TNT Championship against Wardlow and ThunderStorm, a tag team comprised of Thunder Rosa and Toni Storm debuted, defeating Nyla Rose and Marina Shafir.
