The Miz might take some heat for a variety of things (including his rocky start with the WWE locker room!) but one WWE star has spoken out.
A WWE star has heaped praise on the Miz and referred to his story as going from “outcast to leader.”
Dijak writing on Twitter in response to a clip of The Miz talking about his infamously rocky start with his WWE colleagues:
“Two years ago it was the middle of the pandemic, and it was the end of the night so there was probably only 15-20 of us left, but let me tell you the entire locker room was watching the monitor when @mikethemiz won the WWE Title and we all popped huge. From outcast to leader.”
You’ll have to remember back to Elimination Chamber 2021 to recall that fateful day when Drew McIntyre may have won the titular chamber match to retain the WWE Championship btu the night would not end there.
The Miz would use an opportunity to cash in his Money in the Bank briefcase on McIntyre after the latter suffered an attack by Bobby Lashley to pick up the victory.
His reign was relatively short-lived however, losing the title eight days later to the aforementioned Lashley.
