IMPACT/TNA Wrestling is set to reveal a major international star is returning following a former WWE star signing with the company.
On December 13, IMPACT Wrestling announced the signing of former WWE star and current NJPW talent KUSHIDA to the promotion starting in January when they rebrand to TNA.
KUSHIDA joins Trent Seven as another former WWE star who recently signed with the rebranded TNA and further builds excitement for the new year.
Now, it seems another international star will be making their comeback to the company.
Per PWInsider, Thursday’s December 14 edition of IMPACT on AXS TV will feature an announcement about the return of an international star for the TNA Hard To Kill pay-per-view on January 13 in Las Vegas.
The first weekend of 2024 for TNA will also feature NJPW’s Kazuchika Okada and Will Ospreay appear at the company’s Snake Eyes television taping on Sunday, January 14.
Okada will team with the Motor City Machine Guns to face Moose, Brian Myers and Eddie Edwards, while Ospreay will face Josh Alexander in a rematch from this past October.
WrestleTalk will provide further news and notes on TNA’s signings when they become available.
