Top 10 Highest Earners in WWE

7. The Miz, Triple H and The Undertaker – $2.5 million

Undertaker

Despite only wrestling a couple of times each per year, The Undertaker and Triple H both earn the same as The Miz. Or, you could look at it as The Miz earns the same as two of the biggest names in WWE history.

The Undertaker performed twice over the course of April, decisively getting the better of John Cena at WrestleMania 34, and ‘burying’, (or as I like to see it: elevating), Rusev Day in a Casket match at Greatest Royal Rumble. This is however, likely to be the last time we see him in 2018, and maybe even ever. Probably not though.

Triple H also competes sporadically, but also plays a bigger role in the running of WWE, as the Executive Vice President of Talent, Live Events and Creative, and also the Senior Producer of NXT.

Much like Undertaker, the ‘King of Kings’ has competed twice so far this year. He teamed with his wife Stephanie McMahon in a losing effort against Ronda Rousey and Kurt Angle at WrestleMania 34, and jerked the curtain like an absolute jobber for the Greatest Royal Rumble, where he lost to John Cena.

The more I think about it, the more I am less surprised that The Miz earns the same as the aforementioned legends. Not only is he a ‘Grand Slam’ Champion, but he also won the main event of WrestleMania 27 just over seven years ago to retain the WWE Championship.

He might have some fantastic in-ring accolades, but it’s what he does outside the ring that I feel makes him worthy of his salary. He is often chosen to represent WWE at charity and promotional events, is a genuine movie star, and has his own reality TV series starting soon. WWE love that kind of exposure and publicity.
