WWE’s Chief Content Officer Triple H has commented on the possibility of Raw’s viewership dropping following the show’s move to Netflix.
WWE Raw is set to move to Netflix starting in January 2025, which is set to bring the company five billion dollars over a 10 year period.
Speaking at to the Sports Business Journal, Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque discussed the upcoming move to the streaming platform, and the concern that the show may lose viewers upon changing homes.
He said:
“That’s where the world’s going. It’s easy for our fan base. We have a long history of changing locations and a massive amount of our people, like 95% of our audience just completely comes with us. I think this will be no different.”
Following Raw’s move to Netflix, the USA Network will be the home of SmackDown when the show leaves FOX.
