PHOTO: Trish Stratus Shows Off Brutal Wounds From WWE Payback Steel Cage Match

WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus took part in the first Steel Cage match of her legendary career.

Trish took on Becky Lynch inside the steel structure, with the two opening up the show in Pittsburgh.

Becky defeated Stratus in the match in a brutal bout that many believe to be one of, if not the, matches of the entire show.

Taking to Twitter today, Trish shared a photo of herself sporting her brutal bruises from the match, alongside the caption:

#ThankYouBecky

Becky wasn’t the only person to get her hands on Trish at Payback, as her protegee Zoey Stark laid her out with her Z360 finishing move, bringing an end to their partnership.

Trish received a standing ovation from the fans in Pittsburgh following the match in a segment not aired on the event, but uploaded to WWE’s YouTube channel, which you can see here.
