There has been an update on what many were speculating was a major WrestleMania 40 tease from last night’s WWE Raw show.

Last night’s episode of the show featured an incredible closing segment, which saw The Rock brawl with Cody Rhodes backstage, before going outside the arena and fighting in the rain.

During the shot, a WWE production truck was spotted in the background, which featured the faces of both John Cena and ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin.

Since Triple H took over as WWE’s Chief Content Officer, many subtle storyline details have appeared in the background of segments, dating back to the QR Codes featured ahead of Bray Wyatt’s return in 2022, which has led to many people debating whether the truck featured was merely a coincidence, or if it was foreshadowing appearances from both men at the show.

In an update from WrestleVotes, we may now have our answer, as they seemingly implied that the truck was chosen to be in the background of the scene for a specific reason.

They tweeted:

Everything is done on purpose. Two weeks out from WrestleMania, the backdrop of these WM ‘specific’ trucks last night would have sufficed.

I’ll leave it at that…

It was recently reported that WWE had been working on getting both Austin and Cena, as well as The Undertaker, roles for WrestleMania 40.
