UFC president Dana White has provided an update on the status of Brock Lesnar amidst his free agency since his WWE contract expired a few months ago.
Speaking with TMZ, White said there hasn’t been any contact from Lesnar about returning.
White said:
“Not a word. Sure I’d love to hear how his kids are doing and where his family’s at, but I think that’s gonna be the extent of the conversation with him. You know the guy’s had a long killer career. The guy actually came in and became UFC Heavyweight Champ, and the guy’s made a lot of money. I just don’t see him coming back over here at his age.”
The expected outcome of all of this is that Brock Lesnar will sign a new deal with WWE when the time and the money is right.
Bellator president Scott Coker has said previously he’s been in contact with Lesnar about a possible fight, but it is still expected he’ll opt for an eventual WWE return if anything.
