Seth Rollins’ stable has had quite a bit of turnover since forming late last year. What began as himself and AoP then grew to include Murphy. Then, Akam and Rezar disappeared due to injury and Austin Theory had a brief run with the group.
Now, we have an idea of what will happen when Akam and Rezar return. Dave Meltzer has reported in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that they will not be put back with Seth Rollins upon their return. Or at least, those are the plans as of now. Knowing WWE, plans can always change.
The report also states that the team was in line for a big push under Paul Heyman prior to Rezar tearing his bicep. Whether that push will still happen remains to be seen as Heyman is no longer involved with the creative direction of Raw. The report has their return date set anywhere between late September and the end of the year.
AoP had done little of note during their time on Raw prior to joining with Rollins. They had been Raw Tag Team Champions but their reign was hardly newsworthy.
