A video has emerged online seemingly showing WWE producers watching an episode of AEW Dynamite during NXT tapings.
The video appears to be from February 19, 2020, as the matches happening at the time were Roderick Strong vs Velveteen Dream, and the Cody Rhodes vs Wardlow cage match.

It’s been said a lot that AEW was in the mind of NXT management during the ‘Wednesday Night Wars’, and this does appear to be proof of that.
Now that both shows no longer air simultaneously, with NXT having moved to Tuesdays, perhaps AEW is a little less of a focus nowadays, but it’s not exactly a secret that talent in both companies do watch the opposite shows.
