Here’s what happened with Cody Rhodes after Friday’s (April 15) edition of WWE SmackDown went off the air.
Following the live show, the DCU Center in Worcester, MA were treated to a WrestleMania 38 rematch, when Rhodes squared off with Seth Rollins in the dark main event.
Rhodes picked up the victory in the untelevised bout after nailing Rollins with consecutive Cross Rhodes’.
After the match, Rhodes addressed the crowd, telling them he’d be sticking around to sign autographs and take photos with fans until he’s kicked out.

A recent report revealed that Rhodes is internally listed as the #2 babyface on the WWE Raw roster.
Rhodes is slated to face Rollins at WrestleMania Backlash on May 8. A huge Tag Team Championship match has also been announced for the Premium Live Event.
