WrestleMania To Be Held In Multiple Locations

Earlier tonight, it was announced that WWE would be making WrestleMania a 2 night event. Night 1 will be on Saturday, April 4th.  The original night, April 5, will host night two.

Rob Gronkowski will be the special guest host. Now, according to Dave Meltzer, WrestleMania appears to be emanating from multiple locations.

There’s no word yet on which locations or how this will work, but it could be to make it easier on talent to travel for the event.

Also in response to another’s tweet, Dave Meltzer commented this could also allow for WWE to pre-tape matches for the event and then show them as live matches.

The current advertised card is:

Here are the matches that have been officially announced for WrestleMania thus far:

  • Universal Champion Goldberg defending against Roman Reigns
  • WWE Champion Brock Lesnar defending against Drew McIntyre
  • Raw Women’s Champion Becky Lynch defending against Shayna Baszler
  • NXT Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley defending against Charlotte Flair
  • John Cena vs. “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt
  • The Undertaker vs. AJ Styles
  • Kevin Owens vs. Seth Rollins

Edge has also challenged Randy Orton to a last man standing match. That match will most likely be made official on next week’s Raw.
