Absent WWE Star To Be In Town For WrestleMania 40 After A Year Away WWE

An absent WWE star has announced that she will be in town for WrestleMania 40 week, after over a year away from the ring.

Carmella hasn’t wrestled since March 2023, with the former SmackDown Women’s Champion announcing her pregnancy that May.

The WWE star has now taken to Twitter to confirm that she will be in Philadelphia to appear for WWE during WrestleMania 40 weekend, with Carmella slated to be at the WWE World at WrestleMania fan experience event.

Carmella will appear at WWE World on April 6, ahead of WrestleMania 40 Saturday later in the day.

The former champion wrote:

So excited to announce I’ll be seeing yall in Philly next week for #WrestleMania

Friday @citywineryphil 145pm 🍷🍷, Saturday #WWEWorld 11am

Can’t wait to see everyone again and remind you that Mella is m̶o̶m̶m̶y̶ MONEY🤑🤑🤑 (hope you guys didn’t forget about me 😭)

Carmella and SmackDown commentator Corey Graves welcomed their first child together into the world in November 2023.

Her last TV match saw her lose to then-Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair on the March 6, 2023 edition of Raw.

She most recently stepped into the ring at the March 16, 2023 WWE house show in Madison Square Garden, competing in a 10-woman tag-team bout.
