WWE’s Bayley Backs Campaign For Popular Rock Band At WrestleMania 40

WWE’s Bayley Backs Campaign For Popular Rock Band At WrestleMania 40 WWE

A hashtag has seen Bayley campaign to get the band Paramore to perform at WWE WrestleMania 40 in April 2024.

Bayley used the hashtag in response to a tweet that referenced the WWE star’s ring gear from Evolution in 2018.

As can be seen below, a fan had reflected on WWE Evolution and Bayley’s Paramore-themed ring gear, noting:

“It’s not a dream anymore, it’s worth fighting for” – lyrics from ‘Looking Up’ by Paramore, in which Bayley had on her gear at WWE Evolution in 2018.

With Bayley winning the Royal Rumble, it’s never been more clearer than ever:

#ParamoreforMania

Bayley would see the tweet, reposting it and using #ParamoreForMania hashtag.

At the time of writing, the hashtag has become a trending topic with more than 3,000 posts.

Paramore is a Grammy Award-winning American rock band whose most recent album – This Is Why – was released in February 2023.

The album reached Number 2 in the US Billboard charts and Number 1 in the United Kingdom.

For those unfamiliar with the sound of Paramore, their most popular track on YouTube is Decode with more than 482 million views.

It was featured on the soundtrack to the 2008 movie Twilight and the video for the song can be seen below this news story.

Decode was included as a bonus track on the international version of their third album, brand new eyes.
