Multi-Time Champion’s WWE Contract Expiring Soon

Multi-Time Champion’s WWE Contract Expiring Soon WWE

Another WWE star’s contract is reportedly set to expire soon with multiple big name deals coming up some time this year.

The likes of Drew McIntyre, Becky Lynch, Sheamus, LA Knight and Seth Rollins have all previously been noted as having contracts that end in 2024.

Fightful Select has provided a new update, adding another name to that list.

Per Fightful, Natalya’s WWE contract is up in “the next couple of months”.

Talks for a new deal have not yet kicked off between her and WWE according to the report.

This is something that has become typical of WWE recently, waiting a lot closer to when contracts are set to expire before starting to negotiate.

The man who has largely taken blame for this is Dan Ventrelle, who was WWE’s SVP of Talent from September 2022 until he was let go by the company this week.

Ventrelle was reportedly “not adored” by talent due to the negotiation tactics, and many people believe he wasn’t a suitable person to be in that position.

As for Natalya, she’s been with WWE since January 2007 when she signed her first developmental deal. That makes her the company’s longest-tenured female talent right now.

She’s a one-time Divas Champion, one-time Women’s Tag Team Champion with Tamina, and one-time SmackDown Women’s Champion.

We’ll keep you posted with any further updates on Natalya’s WWE contract and status
