Recently Departed WWE Star Addresses Exit WWE

Former WWE NXT star Sareee (fka Sarray) has now addressed her recent departure from the company, and her return to Japan.

Following reports that she had finished up with the company, Sareee confirmed that she was once again a free agent earlier this month.

Speaking with Jean Saito, Sareee noted that she’s happy that she chose to sign with WWE in 2020.

Discussing her experience wrestling in the US, Sareee said:

“I made my decision (to head to the U.S.) when I was scouted. I am really glad that I decided to come to the US. I think that I would not have been able to experience it if I had lived a normal life.

“I was able to experience a lot of things that I wouldn’t have been able to experience if I had lived a normal life, and being able to step into the best organization in the world was a really great experience for me as a professional wrestler.

“This experience has truly become an asset for me, and I hope to make the most of it when I return to Japan. I would like to come back to Japan and make the most of this experience.

“I have absorbed the world, and as Sareee, I would like to go on a rampage in the pro wrestling world.

Sareee last wrestled for WWE on the August 2, 2022 edition of NXT, losing to Mandy Rose in singles action.
