WWE Stars Pay Homage To AEW Stars At Elimination Chamber

AEW stars got a shout during the finish of a major match on tonight’s WWE premium live event, Elimination Chamber.

In the finish of the tag match between Edge and Beth Phoenix and Finn Balor and Rhea Ripley, a little shout to some familiar faces.

To finish off Judgment Day, Edge and Beth hit Balor and Ripley with a Shatter Machine.

The Shatter Machine of course, the signature finisher of AEW stars Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler, FTR.

This wouldn’t be the first time that FTR was woven into Edge’s feuds in WWE involving Beth Pheonix!

Fans may remember when Edge was concerned about Seth Rollins’ home invasion threats back in 2021, he told Beth on the phone that he would send “Daniel and David” over.

The real life names of Dax (David) Harwood and Cash (Daniel) Wheeler of course!

Tonight’s Elimination Chamber has already hosted plenty of newsworthy events including Michael Cole throwing shade at Tony Khan, the Women’s Elimination Chamber match kicking off the show and a wild finish to the showdown between Bobby Lashley and Brock Lesnar. 

Also a ‘WrestleMania Goes Hollywood’ vignette debuted featuring Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch that you have to see!
