WWE Hall Of Famer Discusses Differences Between Vince McMahon & Tony Khan WWE

A WWE Hall of Famer has discussed the differences between Vince McMahon and Tony Khan.

Rob Van Dam has had a legendary career that has spanned four decades and across multiple different promotions, such as WWE, ECW, WCW and IMPACT Wrestling.

Van Dam added another major promotion to that list when he debuted for All Elite Wrestling. “The Whole F’N Show” has competed in two matches for the company since then.

Speaking with Bill Apter of Sportskeeda Wrestling, RVD was asked to discuss the differences between WWE’s Vince McMahon and AEW’s Tony Khan. In regards to McMahon, he answered:

“I can only give my perspective, it’s not like I spent the night with these guys.”

“Vince McMahon is intimidating, a lot of people feel like he’s a very powerful figure when you’re talking to him, you know that.”

“His energy, to me anyway, reeks of power and importance and I’ve always felt that way about Vince.”

Van Dam continued on to give his thoughts on AEW President Tony Khan, saying:

“Tony’s extremely humble, very kind, very complimentary and does not have the energy that he’s more important than anyone else.”

“He seems more like he’s happy to be there and appreciative. I don’t know if saying like a fan is the right word.”

When asked if he thinks that the word “fan” is the best way to describe Khan, RVD replied:

“I think that’s maybe one way to put it, in a good way and that he’s there trying to do something from that perspective with everything that’s in his power, making everything happen and putting everything together.”

“He’s obviously doing the job that he’s doing, so that’s good.”
