It seems the recently signed NXT superstar, Ricochet, has not only made fans of the WWE Universe but also in the form of WWE legend, and Hollywood star, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson.
After making his in-ring debut for NXT at NXT Takeover: New Orleans in the critically acclaimed NXT North American Championship six-man ladder match, Ricochet has left the WWE Universe in awe and wonder. Last night, the ‘People’s Champ’ took to Twitter to praise the high flying sensation:
He’s the man! Love the stuff King is doing and will no doubt be the leader in ushering in a new era of our wrestling business. Future champ.

Ricochet is being positioned as one of the top stars in the WWE development territory and looks to have a bright future in the company. Having just entered a feud on NXT with Velveteen Dream, it will be interesting to see if this endorsement from the Rock will have an impact on any future plans for Ricochet.
