WWE Seemingly Planning Singles Push For Tag Team Star WWE

A singles push is seemingly being planned for a star synonymous with tag team wrestling following a vignette airing on this week’s WWE Raw (October 9).

Ahead of the Undisputed Tag Team Title match between Cody Rhodes & Jey Uso and Sami Zayn & Kevin Owens, a special vignette was premiered highlighting none other than Imperium’s Ludwig Kaiser.

Although an Imperium split has been teased by WWE, with dissension brewing between GUNTHER, Kaiser and Giovanni Vinci, nothing concrete has happened on WWE TV suggesting that the group are going their separate ways.

In fact the pair were beginning to get back on the same page as they picked up a win over Alpha Academy on last week’s Raw, with a potential feud against the newly reunited DIY (Tommaso Ciampa & Johnny Gargano) seemingly being set up.

However, this new package airing for Kaiser certainly suggests that the German star could be set to break away from his shackles in the tag division and pursue success as a singles star.

The package, which you can view below, see’s Kaiser compare himself to the works of Michelangelo and Picasso, claiming he is ‘living art’ and an ‘a-plus specimen.’

As for Kaiser’s boss GUNTHER, The Ring General now knows the identity of his next challenger for the Intercontinental Championship – click here to find out who earned the shot to end the Austrian’s record-breaking reign.
